Dr. Lam is an Adjunct Professor at HKU and CUHK, specializing in environmental assessment, noise analysis, and soundscape design. He is Chairman in Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan Steering Committee.

Mr. Wong is a registered architect and former Secretary for the Environment in Hong Kong, with expertise in sustainable architecture and environmental policies.

Dr. Jia is a Research Assistant Professor in the Division of Landscape Architecture at the HKU. Her research interests include GIS, urban cooling, urban greenspace, and urban microclimate.

Mr. Leung is a Director of Sustainable Design at RLP. He specializes in creating carbon-neutral, biodiverse urban environments. His significant project is the CIC Zero Carbon Park, demonstrating a net-zero future.
